Cheesy Beer Pretzel Dip Mix Recipes
Loaded Fiesta Fries
- Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
- In a baking dish, toss potatoes with olive oil and bake for about 45 min or until potatoes are nice and crisp.
- Mix one package of "The Dippin Family" Cheesy Beer Pretzel Mix with 8oz of cream cheese and 1/3 cup of milk
- Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds, stirring halfway through
- Open one small can of RoTel and strain off all juices thoroughly
- Drizzle the Cheesy Beer Pretzel Mix over the french fries.
- Drain the Rotel and scoop over the french fries.
- Add diced green onion if desired.
Cheesy Ranch Beer cheese Ball
- In a medium bowl, combine 16 oz of cream cheese with 1 package of "The Dippin Family" Cheesy Beer Pretzel Dip Mix.
- Add 1/4 Cup of Creamy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- Push mixture together in the center of the bowl, making a ball shape, cover bowl, and refrigerate 2 hours or longer.
- Place a large strip of plastic wrap on the counter top.
- Sprinkle one cup of cheese over the center of the plastic wrap.
- Place cream cheese mixture in the center of the shredded cheese, and use plastic wrap to mold into a ball.
- Roll the ball to completely cover in shredded cheese.
- (I often use more than one cup of cheese to completely cover the cheese ball).
- Wrap the formed cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate one hour or until serving.
- Serve with hearty crackers such as Wheat Thins or Triscuits.
