Luck 'O the Irish Cheese Ball

 


Corned beef and cabbage in a savory cheese ball perfect for spreading onto rye or pumpernickel bread slices. Make it your new tradition to serve on St. Patrick's Day with a pint (or two)!

1 pkt. "The Dippin Family"Luck O' The Irish "Pub" Dip Mix , unprepared
(2) 8 oz. blocks softened cream cheese
2 oz. packet thin-sliced corned beef - Finely diced
1/2 cup drained and strained sauerkraut diced                                                1 diced green onion for garnish ( If desired)                                                       1 slice of Corned Beef for garnish (If Desired)

~ With an electric mixer on low speed, beat together all ingredients.
~ Roll mixture into a ball.
~ Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Ultimate "Pub" Sub

A great spin on a corned beef sandwich!

1 pkt. "The Dippin Family"Luck O' The Irish "Pub" Dip Mix, unprepared

1/2 lb of Corned beef
1 Cup Mayo

1 Cup Sour Cream

1/4 cup milk

1 Sliced White onion

1/2 cup Strained Sauerkraut

Sliced Swiss Cheese

In a skillet cook thin sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, and sliced onion over medium heat until slightly crisp around the edges.

Mix 1 pkt. of "The Dippin Family" Luck O' The Irish "Pub" Dip Mix with the mayo, sour cream, and 1/4 cup of milk.

(Add toppings of your choice like lettuce, cabbage, tomato, etc.)

Place Corned beef mixture on the Sub sandwich bread of your choice.

Place swiss Cheese slices on the sandwich and place the sandwich in the skillet until cheese is melted.
