Sweet 'n Savory Peach Salsa

Fresh, slightly sweet salsa tastes great with tortilla chips as a dip or spooned over grilled chicken or shrimp.

2 Tbls. "The Dippin Family" Taco-riffic Dip Mix, unprepared
1 cup diced peaches (fresh, peeled, pitted OR canned, drained)
1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh, peeled OR canned, undrained)

1/2 stalk cilantro

1 fresh cut lime, squeezed

1 tbs sugar or other sweetener

1/2 white onion diced

Note: If desired, make a creamy dip with the remaining 1 Tbls. Taco Mix, stirring it into 2/3 cup sour cream or yogurt.

Authentic Carne Asade Street Tacos

Tender Marinated Carne Asada steak with an authentic  Southwest mariade, topped with diced cilantro, red onion, and fresh squeezed lime.

1 pkt. "The Dippin Family" Taco-Riffic dip mix, unprepared
Diced onion

Chopped Cilantro

2lbs diced cubed steak ( your choice on cut. We love strip steaks or ribeye)

vegetable oil, olive oil, or non-stick cooking spray, as needed

Fresh Lime

White Vinegar

White Corn Tortillas

~ Mix one package of "The Dippin Family" Taco-Riffic Seasoning, 1 cup of olive oil, on fresh squeezed lime, and 1/4 cup of white vinegar into a bowl and whisk together until mixed.
~ Add chopped diced steak to the bowl and stir thoroughly.                        ~ Place into a large plastic zip lock bag and allow to marinade for a minimum of 8 hours. ( The longer it marinades, the bolder the flavor.

~Pan sear the steak to desired cook. ( We prefer medium rare)

~Lightly coat the white corn tortillas in vegetable oil. Very quickly "Cook" the tortilla for approximately 60 seconds on flipping once. Just enough to heat the tortilla up with a very very very slight crisp.

~ Fill tortillas with steak, and top with diced cilantro and onion.

~Serve with fresh limes to squeeze over the tacos.
