Roasted Red Pepper N' Garlic Medley Dip Mix Recipes

Roasted Garlic Potatoes
Quick and easy side dish boasts an Italian flair. Compliments roast pork loin and Italian sausage.

  • 12 small Red Potatoes - scrubbed clean, cut in 1"-2" cubes
  • 1/2 cup  olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 pkt. " The Dippin Family" Roasted Red Pepper N' Garlic Medley Dip Mix, unprepared
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • Parsley Flakes

 

~ Place cubed potatoes in a zip-top plastic bag.

 

~ Drizzle oil over potatoes, seal bag, and shake to coat.

 

~ Open bag, sprinkle in Roasted Garlic... Dip Mix, seal bag, shake to coat.

 

~ Spread coated potatoes evenly onto a cookie sheet.

 

~ Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

 

~Top with parmesan cheese and parsley flakes if desired

Roasted red pepper and Garlic Hummus


Easy, delicious Red Pepper Hummus for a great snack! 

  • 15.5 oz can of chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 pkt "The Dippin Family" Roasted Red Pepper N' Garlic Medley Dip Mix
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1/2 teasppn lemon juice
  • 2 Roasted Red Peppers ( Jarred)

 

~ Place all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT OLIVE OIL.

~ Begin to blend with food processor.

~ Very slowly drizzle in olive oil until the hummus is the desired consistency.

 

Serve with a hearty cracker, or with a delicious vegetable tray

 

(For a heartier thicker hummus chop up two additional red peppers, and top the hummus with them.)
