Itty Bitty B.L.T. Bites
Cute little cherry tomato halves stuffed with a creamy BLT filling and served atop lettuce leaves.

1 pint container cherry tomatoes
1 pkt. "The Dippin Family" BLT Bliss Dip Mix, prepared as directed for spread
Whole bibb lettuce - rinsed
Cut Cherry Tomatoes in half. Using a melon baller, scoop out seed centers.
-Dip the melon baller in water and use it to get a scoop of the prepared B.L.T. spread. Place scoop into the center of a tomato half. Repeat with all tomato halves.
-Arrange filled tomatoes on lettuce leaves.

Top with bacon crumbles, parsley , and parmesan cheese if desired


-Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Make elegant yet simple appetizers in store-bought frozen phyllo cups.


(2) 15 ct. boxes frozen phyllo shells
1 pkt. "The Dippin Family", BLT Bliss Dip Mix prepared as directed for spread


Sliced Cherry Tomatoes

-Spoon approx. 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. BLT Bliss Dip Mix Spread into the palm of your hand; roll into a ball; place into a phyllo shell; repeat until all shells are filled.

Top with Bacon Crumbles 


-Arrange a cherry tomato quarter on the top of each stuffed shell, with the skin side up.
-Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
