1 pound ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 cup (2 packets)  " The Dippin Family" What-A-Whopper Cheese Burger Dip Mix (divided)
10.75 oz. can cream of mushrooms soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 a bag of frozen tater tots (about 1 pound)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese                                                              Diced Green Onion                                                                                        Diced tomato

~ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is cooked through, making sure to break up the beef into small pieces. Drain off excess fat. Stir half the What-A-Whopper Cheese Burger Dip Mix into the meat and onions and then spread evenly into a 2-quart casserole dish.
~ Whisk together soup and milk. Pour soup mixture evenly over the beef mixture.
~ Dump the tater tots into a gallon-size zip-top bag. Pour remaining dip mix into the bag. Blow into the bag to inflate and then quickly seal the bag shut. Shake to coat tots with dip mix. Spread the tater tots evenly over the beef mixture in the casserole dish.
~ Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the tots.
~ Bake casserole in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned..

Glaze Recipe

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a small bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, and packet of What-A-Whopper Cheese Burger Dip Mix . In a separate small bowl, lightly whisk the egg.
  • Finely mince the onion. Roughly chop the cheddar cheese so that it is in pieces about the same size as a small bean (or use shredded cheddar)
  • Add the ground beef, seasoned breadcrumbs mixture, whisked egg, minced onion, and chopped cheddar to a bowl. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until incorporated.
  • Place the meat mixture in a casserole dish or on a rimmed baking sheet and shape into a rectangle, approximately 7″ long, 4″ wide, and 1.5″ thick.
  • To make the glaze, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the glaze over the unbaked meatloaf.
  • Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF. Remove the meatloaf from the oven, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then slice into eight pieces and serve.
