8 oz. box rotini (spiral) pasta
1 lb Grilled cubed chicken breast
1 pkt. "The Dippin Family" Taste of Italy Garlic Parmesan Dip Mix, prepared as directed on package for dip
1 tbs dry basil
~ Boil pasta as directed on box.
~ prepare "The Dippin Family: Taste of Italy Garlic Parmesan Dip Mix
~ Stir prepared Garlic Pepper Parmesan Dip and chicken ~Sprinkle dry basil on top
~ Chill until ready to serve.
Philly Cheesesteak Garlic Aioli Burger
Aioli Sauce
- Egg yolks
- Extra virgin olive oil
- One pkt " The Dippin Family" Taste of Italy Garlic Parmesan Dip Mix
- Fresh lemon juice - This keeps the aioli recipe bright and fresh tasting without turning it lemony.
Burgers
- 1lb ground beef
- sliced bell peppers, and onions
- sliced or canned mushrooms
- leaf lettuce
- provolone cheese
- To Make Ailoi
Add the raw egg yolks to your food processor or blender along with the Taste of Italy Garlic Parmesan Dip Mix and lemon juice. With the blades running, slowly drizzle the olive oil into the egg yolks in a thin stream over a period of 1-2 minutes.
The liquid will gradually emulsify as the steady stream of olive oil incorporates into the egg yolks creating a thick, creamy aioli.
- To Make Burgers
- Form ground beef into patties (for added flavor, hold back a little of the Taste of Italy Garlic Parmesan Dip Mix and add it to the burger meat.
- Sautee peppers, mushrooms, and onions in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil.
- add slices of the provolone directly on top of the peppers and let it melt.
- Cook burgers to desired temperature
- Scoop the peppers and cheese on top of the burger.
- Add lettuce and aioli sauce on top of the burger
