Salsa roasted salmon is simply salmon filets topped with a fresh, homemade salsa and baked until the salmon is pull-apart perfect. 

1 pkt. "The Dippin Family" Smokin' XXX Scorpion Salsa Mix prepared as a salsa

1/2 chopped Onion

2 chopped Fresh Jalapenos

1/2 stalk Cilantro

Place Salmon onto a wax paper baking sheet.

Prepare XXX Scorpion Salsa as instructed for a salsa ( on the back of the package.

Dice onion, jalapeno, and cilantro into fine diced cubes.

Spoon DRAINED salsa on top of the salmon

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees for 11 to 14 minutes for 6-ounce fillets
